Episode One is Here!
We’re Laurel and Apryl — your Eagle Rock neighbors determined to find the inside scoop on the whos, whats and wheres of this Northeast Los Angeles “town.” In this first episode of ER Talk you’ll get the latest news about what’s going on at Vons, hear the Colorado Wine Company’s fall wine recommendations, and catch a glimpse of Eagle Rock’s past. Do you know what used to be on the corner of Colorado and Townsend? Plus, Daily Nosh blogger (and Eagle Rocker) Dave Klotz reveals his favorite neighborhood haunts.

Very nicely done! As an Eagle Rock native I especially enjoyed Eric’s historical piece, I hope to hear more from him! What I love about my home town is not only it’s newly discovered “hipness”, but also the connections to the past. Places like Tritch Hardware are one of a kind. My family has gone there for 3 generations! I look forward to your future ‘casts - Keep up the great work!

This was great! Good tip from TERA to look for this. Keep it going. I especially love the food reviews. The Vons facelift is a winner…yes organics! I hope the Farmer’s Market will keep moving in that direction too.
