Hello,
I am a 33 year old female USC graduate student that has to stay in town for one more semester, but I can't extend my current lease that far unfortunately. I really love eagle rock and hope to stay here for my last few months in LA. My budget is flexible. I don't smoke or party. I'm just writing my dissertation and teaching, so I'm looking for a quiet, private place. Other than that I'm open to all kinds of arrangements.
It would be nice if a cat was allowed, but it's not necessary (my husband is starting a new job out of state and the cats can go with him.)
