Thanks for the review. I agree completely, granted I haven't been there yet... but I feel like I've been there (minus the whole tasting food part). I suppose if there is ever a time to go, it should be now while I don't have too many expenses to worry about. As a vegetarian I very much look forward to my visit there.

I still stand by hippierunner however, there should be a vegetarian/ vegan restaurant in Eagle Rock that isn't Fatty's! They have a monopoly right now!

Went with some friends for a birthday, spent about $200.00 and were told that the waitresses couldn't sing happy bday because we didn't want dessert.  They are only allowed to sing with a purchase of dessert.  So silly, I have given them so many chances just for rude or silly rules.  I bet I could sell those "Universal No Signs" with Fatty's through the middle on tshirts in ER.

wow, that is absurd.  They used to have a recorded version of happy birthday that would come out over the loud speaker.  That was cool.  I wonder what happened to it.

Maybe try TGI Fridays or Applebees next time.  I think the waitresses sing Happy Birthday there.  Cheesy

I would not have cared too much, but the table next to us had signing wait staff, so it just seemed likely since we were celebrating a bday.  What do I know.  Applebees has fondue?
